WAC 110-301-0106(1) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed in Merit that the lead teacher B.B. is missing all required applicable trainings in subsections (4) through (9) of this section. These trainings are recognizing and reporting suspected child abuse, neglect, and exploitation, emergency preparedness, serving children experiencing homelessness, medication management, Bloodborne pathogens, first aid, and CPR. WAC 110-301-0106(10)(a)(b) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed in Merit that lead teacher B.B. is missing the food handlers training. WAC 110-301-0106(#)(a)(b) During the onsit monitor visit this licensor observed in Merit that both the site director S.R. and the lead teacher B.B. are missing the school-age basics training and were working unsupervised with children.
